Atyha
There was at a time a
Sekler man who
had three sons. All three were
old enough
to get married and form a family,
so one
day their father called them:
Well my sons, come with
me to the
limit, I want to divide my
poverty
between you.
So they did, and
went to the limit where
on the first day the father measured
one
part of his poverty, gave to
his oldest son,
and told him:
Son, this part of my
poverty is yours
now!
The oldest son, then built
up a whole
village which he named "Etéd".
On the second day, they
went further on,
and measured a same sized part of
his
poverty for his younger son, but

finished with the
measuring he said to his
son:
I will
also have to talk to you about
this!
This younger
son of his also built up a
village on this
place, and named it
"Szolokma".
But while the
father was thinking about
measuring the land
for the younger son,
the youngest
couldn't wait longer, 'till his
turn is coming, and
kept bugging his
father:
Give me
that! - No, that's impossible,
I live there,
that's "Énlaka".
But
father, give me some, too! - kept
telling the youngest
son to his father.
The father
finally measured the third
part, and the
youngest son ended up also
with a village, and
named it "Atyha".
