Bricklayer Kelemen
There begun to build, the
castle of Deva,
Of its everlasting they
didn't care a bit.
What they built at
morning, fallen down
by night,
What they built at night,

thrown into
the fire,
And into the lime, to be
mixed, her
smooth and white
ashes.
Carrier, carrier, my
strongest carrier,
To see my husband, is my
strongest wish.

So drive
those horses better, lets get there
faster.
