Killer Lake 

  Once upon a time a beautiful girl lived on 

this region. Her name was Eszter Fazekas. 

She had black hair, her eyes color was 

gray-greenish just like a silver fir, her body 

like a proudly inclining poplar in the wind. 

  One day, Eszter, went to the bargain in 

Gyergyószentmiklós, where she met a such 

a handsome boy, who, with the restrain of 

his arms squeezed the puff out of a bear, 

who blew his flute the most touching way, 

in the area, who was able to build a house 

or to sculpt a cart. 

  As soon as they saw each other - and 

because love is coming at once and hits 

lovers on their hart like a thunderbolt - they 

fell in love at once. The boy bought a sky-

blue silk-shawl for Eszter and a cake scone, 

and asked her to be his fiancé.

But they couldn't get married, because 

the boy was taken in the army. The girl 

just waited for him. Every night she went 

out to the splashing fountain with her tiny
