Barcsay Ákos
(1610 - 1660)
Originated
from a noble Transylvanian
family, who, at
first, is Bethlen Gábor's
advisor, then later
the two Rákoczis'. At 
the time of the
Polish
war campaign,
he
became the
governor
in Transzlvania.
And
in 1658 the
parliament
elects him count,
and he
will be supported by
the
Turks 'till the end
of his
leadership.
Barcsay
became count against his will,
and after
Rákoczi Gy. the 2nd's death he
decided to
resign for the far more
influenced Kemény János's
favor, who will
kill him after all.

Kemény János
(1607 - 1662)
Originated
from an old Transzlvanian
noble family, he
was a very important and
well influenced
personality, who also had
serious functions
during the Rákoczis'
governing. He
was
commander of
the
Transylvanian
army
during the
Polish
war campaign
in
1657, who
himself
escapes from
the imprisonment only
after his huge reward
being paid by the
actual government.
He wrote his diary in
the, for two years
holding imprisonment.
