  After Apafi Mihály the 1st's death, in 

1690, he'll be the count of Transylvania 

with the Turks support. He strikes into 

Transylvania by surprise, with his Kuruc 

army, and defeats the Habsburgs and the 

German friend Transylvanians. Although 

after few months the Kuruc principality 

looses Transylvania for good, and the 

Habsburgs will settle for a long period of 

time. They introduce the to the Habsburg 

empire annexed Transylvania's counted 

constitution, "the Leopold kind of 

declaration", (Diploma Leopoldinum - 

1691).

  Rákoczi Ferenc the 2nd.

                 (1676 - 1735)

  Originated from the Rákoczi dynasty. 

His mother is Zrinyi Ilona, who happened 

to defend the castle at Munkács, against 

the Habsburgs, for a very long time. The 

young Rákoczi was separate him from the 

family and he gets raised by the Jesuits.
